The shape already exists in our catalog, so there's no sampling round. We produce your message cards and ship.
A new shape needs a new crochet pattern, so we sample first and only start bulk once you've signed off.
Every wholesale order is made to specification, so pricing depends on design, quantity, packaging and destination. Orders are processed by T/T against a formal Proforma Invoice rather than card payment — which also means no chargeback risk and no payment processing fees added to your unit cost. Single gift-ready units can be ordered directly on our retail store.
Production runs in coordinated batches rather than one artisan finishing one piece at a time. Each person works on the step they're fastest at, which is how genuine hand-crochet reaches wholesale lead times. Nothing is molded or machine-made.
Yes. Hang tags with your logo and barcode, gift boxes, and fully branded packaging are all available. Share your requirements in the inquiry form and we'll quote them with your unit price.
Yes — up to 3 catalog designs can be combined within a single 50-unit order, with a minimum of 10 units per design. Orders combining more than 3 designs are quoted individually.
Custom development requires a minimum order of 200 units, since it involves creating a new crochet pattern rather than using an existing one. Sample fee is $50, credited toward your bulk order, with the sample ready in 7–15 days. Pricing is quoted once we've reviewed your reference.
Yes. Shipping is quoted separately based on destination, volume and the Incoterm you choose. You're also welcome to arrange your own freight forwarder for collection.
Wholesale prices are EXW Dongguan for unpackaged units, excluding message cards, gift packaging and freight. Retail prices on our consumer store include all of those plus international delivery to the customer, so the two figures are not directly comparable.
Yes. Commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin and HS codes are provided as standard. Our holiday ornament collection is classified under HS Code 9505; codes for other lines are available on request.
