These Terms of Service govern your use of xyluria.com and any order you place with us. This website is operated by Dongguan Xingyue E-Commerce Co., Ltd (“Xyluria”, “we”, “us”), Dongguan, Guangdong, China. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and acceptance

An order placed on this site is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is unavailable, if pricing or product information was displayed incorrectly, if we cannot verify payment details, or if the customization requested falls under section 3.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude import duties and taxes charged in the destination country. Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Wholesale and bulk pricing depends on design, quantity, packaging and destination, and is confirmed individually. See our Wholesale page.

3. Personalized products and customer-supplied content

Many of our products carry text, names, dates, photos or logos supplied by you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit — we produce personalization exactly as entered, and we cannot correct spelling or formatting after production has started.

By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you accept responsibility for any third-party intellectual property claim arising from it.

We may decline any request that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, obscene, or that we consider unsuitable for production. Where we decline, we will refund you in full.

4. Handmade products

Every Xyluria item is crocheted by hand. Minor variations in size, stitch pattern, fill and yarn shade are inherent to handmade work and are not defects. Colours may also appear differently on different screens.

5. Product safety

Our items are decorative keepsakes intended for adults and are not toys. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, shipping costs and customs charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility and refund timelines are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, product photographs, text and other content on this site are owned by Xyluria and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without our written permission. Our crochet designs and patterns may not be copied for commercial production.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed occasions caused by shipping delays outside our control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you retain all mandatory statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty goods. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

10. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Where you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
