We prepare the gift
All retail gifts are made to order. Allow 2–5 business days for production after ordering, followed by 1–2 business days for handoff to YunExpress after production is completed. Total processing from ordering to carrier receipt is 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays; transit time is additional. Orders ship from Dongguan, Guangdong, China, with no overseas stock. Sampling, group orders and new designs have separate schedules confirmed in your quote. See the shipping policy for details.
