About Xyluria

Xyluria makes small hand-crocheted keepsakes that carry a message. Every piece holds a printed card with words you choose — up to 100 characters — so the gift says something specific rather than something generic.

What we make

Almost anything can be crocheted, so our catalog isn't limited to one category. Animals — ducks, bees, cows, penguins, dinosaurs. Food — potatoes, tacos, toast, bread. Flowers, plants and bouquets. Characters and figures. New designs are added continuously, and existing ones can be adapted in colour, size and detail.

Whatever the shape, the card is the point. A bee that says "Bee-lieve in you" works for a friend starting a new job. A potato that says "Life was all out of lemons, so here's a potato instead" works for someone having a difficult week. The character makes it memorable; the words make it theirs.

How they're made

Every piece is crocheted by hand. There are no molds and no machines — a crochet stitch cannot be produced mechanically, which is why small variations in size, stitch tension and yarn shade appear between pieces. We consider that part of the object rather than a flaw.

Production runs in coordinated batches, with each artisan working on the step they're fastest at. That's how genuinely handmade work reaches the lead times below without shortcuts.

Xyluria is operated by Dongguan Xingyue E-Commerce Co., Ltd, based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Orders placed on xyluria.com are made and dispatched from our own workshop. Our designs are also stocked on Amazon in the United States, Canada, Germany and France, where verified buyers have rated them 4.9 out of 5.
