Count the favors you actually need
Begin with the number of gifts rather than the guest-list total. Will you give one to each guest, or one per couple or household? Include any extra thank-you gifts for the people helping with your celebration.
Same-design group orders start at 50 pieces. Choosing one existing character makes the quantity and presentation easy to plan. If you are considering a mix, list the quantity per character so the order can be reviewed.
Keep your wedding message simple
A thank-you, your names and a date can be enough. Standard personalized cards allow up to 100 characters. Check the complete wording before approval, including the spelling of names and the format of your date.

These are examples to adapt for your own celebration. One shared card message keeps the favors consistent. If you would like a photo card, ask for image review before ordering.
Plan how the favors will be displayed
Default packaging is an OPP bag. Gift boxes are not automatically included; availability and additional cost are confirmed in your quote. Mention a box request early if it affects your table presentation.
For favors at individual place settings, check the chosen product dimensions before finalizing your layout. For a collection table, consider how guests will pick up their gifts and how you will transport them to the venue.
Work back from your required arrival date
Tell us when the favors need to be in your hands as well as the wedding date. Leave time to check the order and prepare your tables or display. If delivery is to a venue, confirm the receiving address and arrangements before approving shipping.
Standard personalized production takes 2–5 business days; shipping time is additional. Group quantities, sampling and new designs require a separately confirmed schedule. The full project timing is agreed in your quote.
What to include in your wedding inquiry

- Your preferred existing product or a reference to review.
- The shared card wording you have in mind.
- Default OPP packaging, or a request to discuss a box.
- The delivery country, required arrival date and wedding date.
If your final guest count is still changing, send an estimate and explain when you expect to confirm it.
