Yes, new-design projects start at 50 pieces. Send a reference and describe the shape and size. We review feasibility before quoting. A new-design sample costs $50, excluding shipping, and includes one revision. The sample fee is not credited toward a bulk order.
Share a reference link in the form, or send it by email or WhatsApp. We will confirm what can be reproduced on the message card or product and any additional cost. Tell us if you need different names or messages.
Send your product or idea, quantity, personalization, destination and target date. Your quote will set out the product, personalization, packaging, any sample fee and shipping. Production follows agreement on the design and order details.
Allow 5 business days to process ready-stock orders and 2-5 business days to produce customized orders. Sampling, new designs and group quantities may require a separate schedule. Shipping time is additional. Please wait for a confirmed quote before relying on an event arrival date.
Tell us the quantity per character, the number of different messages, and your packaging preference: protective bag, kraft box, gift box or branded packaging. Availability, dimensions, contents and costs are confirmed in your quote.
For wholesale export orders, ask about EXW Dongguan or FOB Shenzhen. Confirm trade terms, freight, payment schedule and required documents in your written quote or proforma invoice. Retail checkout prices and wholesale quotes may cover different items and services.
