Write one message for the team
A short, sincere line usually says enough. Standard personalized message cards allow up to 100 characters. Prepare the final wording in advance and check spelling and punctuation before approving the order.

Plan the complete per-person budget
Default packaging is an OPP bag. If your event needs a gift box, ask about availability and the additional cost in your quote. Boxes are not automatically included.
State whether your budget covers only the gift or also personalization, packaging and shipping. Include the delivery country and total quantity so you can compare the complete project cost. Shipping for a group order is confirmed in the quote.
Allow time before the team occasion
Standard personalized production takes 2–5 business days, with shipping time additional. Group quantities, sampling and new designs need a separately confirmed schedule. Share the date you need to receive the gifts before placing an order.
If gifts will be handed out at a meeting or celebration, leave time for your team to receive, check and organize them. The project schedule is agreed in your quote.
