A: Each of our crochet animals is handmade with great care. For finished products, please allow 5-7 business days for us to create your item before it ships. Shipping times will then vary depending on your location.

A: Yes, we are happy to ship our creations to customers around the world. Please note that shipping times and costs will vary by destination. Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: Are your crochet animals safe for babies and young children?
A: Safety is our highest priority. Our handmade animals are crafted to be durable and safe. We use high-quality, non-toxic materials. For children under three, we recommend our animals with embroidered eyes instead of plastic safety eyes. As with all toys, we advise supervising young children during play.
Q: What materials are your products made from?
A: We use a selection of premium yarns, including soft organic cotton, merino wool, and durable, hypoallergenic acrylic blends. We choose our materials for their softness, quality, and safety. You can find the specific materials listed in the description of each product.
Q: How should I clean my crochet animal?
A: To ensure your handmade friend lasts for years, we recommend gentle care. Hand-washing with a mild soap and cool water is best. You can also machine wash on a delicate cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. Please lay the item flat to air dry completely.
Patterns & Policies
Q: I purchased one of your patterns. Can I sell the finished items I make?
A: Yes, you are welcome to sell the finished products you make from our patterns on a small scale (for example, at local markets or in your own online shop). We kindly ask that you give design credit to Xyluria in your product listings.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to their digital nature, all sales of crochet patterns are final and cannot be refunded. For finished physical items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition. Custom-made orders are non-refundable. Please contact us to start a return process.
